Resources for families and patients with HIV/AIDs.

This clearinghouse is run by the National Institutes of Health and includes information on clinical trials, approved drugs for HIV/AIDs, and a robust library of infromation on topics related to living day-to-day with the disease. They also sponsor an HIV/AIDs hotline open 12:00 - 5:00 p.m. Eastern (Spanish speaking staff available.)
An online community for persons living with HIV/AIDs. Includes sections for the newly diagnosed, as well as educational information on treatments, coping with side effects, and blogs from survivors from many different circumstances. There is even a discussion group for friends and families. Tools include an Risk Assessment survey, an online health tracker and the ability to find therapists who identify themselves as HIV/AIDs friendly.
