This advocacy group works to improve the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by kidney and bladder conditions. They work to increase the availability of transplants and also to fund prevention and treatment efforts.
The American Diabetes Association has several message boards for adults with Type I diabetes, Type II diabetes, the recently diagnosed, persons using an insulin pump, etc. There is also a Spanish language group.
