Rehabilitation Resources

Many seniors wish to remain in their homes and the community, rather than reside in a nursing home. This program provides more options to maintain that goal. Generations Adult Day Care offers social, recreational, and medical support to Allegan County Seniors and respite for caregivers. Participants can attend for a few hours or for full days. We are open Monday through Friday from 7am-6pm (closed on holidays).

Our emergency room staff provides care 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

We provide inpatient, outpatient, home health and extended care services to the people and communities of Van Buren County and Southwest Michigan.

We offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy services provided by Generation Rehab. This team has experience with post stroke, hip or knee replacement, fracture, cardiac rehabilitations, and strengthening from an illness.

We provide rehabilitation, skilled nursing, basic and hospice care in a secure and comfortable setting 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our on-site therapists and team of professional caregivers maximize the residents' independence and self-worth during short or long term stays.
