We are a not-for-profit, 120-bed, skilled nursing center. The center is Medicare and Medicaid certified. We offer our residents and their families a wide range of service and amenities in a bright, caring and comfortable environment.

We offer a series of Inns fashioned after small Bed and Breakfast style hotels. All meals, housekeeping, linen, recreation and requested care are available. Each room has its own kitchenette and private bath. Our village also has an additional Memory Care Inn, designed for the older adult with memory impairment.

We provide a unique blend of professional health services in a country home environment. We offer physical, occupational and speech therapies as well as needed social services and activities.

We offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy services provided by Generation Rehab. This team has experience with post stroke, hip or knee replacement, fracture, cardiac rehabilitations, and strengthening from an illness.

We offer 24 hour skilled nursing services for post hospital recovery. Services include IV therapy, complex wound care, Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapies, nutrition management, and individual care mapping for a smooth transition home. Our skilled nursing facility includes 16 spacious private rooms. Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance accepted.

Our 89-bed skilled nursing facility is family owned and operated specializing in short and long term physical rehabilitation as well as permanent placement with 24 hour nursing care. Our surroundings encourage interactions through daily activities and in-house church services.
