Housing - Independent Living

We offer studio to two bedroom apartments which include: emergency call systems, three daily meals, cable TV, weekly apartment cleaning, linen change, bed linens and towels.

Located within walking distance for shopping, health providers, and restaurants, we offer one and two bedroom apartments in a park-like setting. A large community room is available for resident's use. Rent includes lawn care and snow removal, along with 24-hour emergency maintenance and appliances. (must be age 62 or older, disables or handicapped to qualify for residence)

Located within walking distance for shopping, banking and medical offices. Dial-A-Ride bus service is also located nearby. All units include a step-saving kitchen, dinette area and spacious living room. A laundry room is located in each building.

We provide meals, assistance with personal care needs, and pass medications. In our apartments we have short term lease agreements, the noon meal is included, and additional services are available.

Our high-rise building offers one and two bedroom apartments and Section 8/tax credit units reserved specifically for elderly (62 and older) or disabled. Units feature a 24-hour emergency pull cord, utilities and trash removal included in rent. Shopping, banking, post office and bus line are nearby.

We offer independent living for applicants 62 or older. There are a small number of units for those who are mobility impaired. Rent is based on income.

Our apartments are developed to meet the needs of very low income elderly persons, or people who are handicapped or mobility impaired. We feature a community room, games, laundry facility, security door at main entrance and emergency call system.

All of our suites include restaurant style meals, daily activities and housekeeping on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. Independent Living and personal care services are available. (adults age 55 or older are eligible)

We offer one and two bedroom apartments. Life enrichment activities, housekeeping and three meals a day are provided. An emergency service system is located in eacj apartment. Additional services are available.

We offer housing for adults 62 and older and mobility impaired handicapped individuals. Rents are based on income. Pets are welcome.
