Home Health Care

We provide care for patients recovering from an illness or injury in their home. Hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with 24 hour on-call availability.

We offer housekeeping, errands, transportation, personal hygiene and bathing, meal preparation, and companionship. Our employees go through a rigorous screening process with criminal background checks. Serving Allegan, Berrien, Cass, Kent, Ottawa, Muskegon and Van Buren counties in Michigan. Hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with 24 hour on-call availability.

We offer help with housekeeping, bathing, meal preparation, transferring, laundry, companionship, personal care, errands and medication reminders. All workers are screened, trained, tested, insured and bonded. 24 hour live on call supoort. Staff is available 24 hours a day.

Bronson Home Health Care (BHHC) brings high-tech treatments, once available only in the hospital, to your home. Our hospital-based home care agency provides many specialty care programs. These specialty programs provide a smooth transition from the hospital to home. That means you have the same high quality plan of care you had in the hospital. Our programs are developed with input from doctors, nurses, and therapists. This team approach allows the best outcomes for you. Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. A home health nurse is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

COA volunteers provide transportation to out-of-county medical appointments. Wheelchair accessible van is available as needed. Call for more information. Hours are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. to noon Saturday.

We have RN, LPN, home health aides, skilled intermittent care, and all levels of in-home private duty nursing, including ventilator dependent children and adults. Free in-home consultation. Hours are from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday, with 24 hour on-call availability.

We provide comprehensive health care services in the home environment. Our team of professionals include nurses, physical and occupational therapists, medical social workers and aides. (to be eligible the patient has to need skilled care and be under the care of a physician, they need to be homebound and have Medicare and commercial insurance)

Holland Hospital Home Health Services offers excellent medical care in the comfort of your home. Our skilled team includes registered nurses, home health aides, medical social workers, nutrition consultants, physical and occupational therapists, speech pathologists and others.

We are accredited with commendation by JCAHO. Special services include: cancer care, cardiovascular care, diabetic program, infusion therapy, maternal and child health, orthopedic services. Specialists include RN's, physical therapists, occupational and speech therapists, social workers, and home health aides. Hours are from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with 24 on-call availability.
