Home Care (non-medical)

We offer housekeeping, errands, transportation, personal hygiene and bathing, meal preparation, and companionship. Our employees go through a rigorous screening process with criminal background checks. Serving Allegan, Berrien, Cass, Kent, Ottawa, Muskegon and Van Buren counties in Michigan. Hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with 24 hour on-call availability.

We offer help with housekeeping, bathing, meal preparation, transferring, laundry, companionship, personal care, errands and medication reminders. All workers are screened, trained, tested, insured and bonded. 24 hour live on call supoort. Staff is available 24 hours a day.

COA volunteers provide transportation to out-of-county medical appointments. Wheelchair accessible van is available as needed. Call for more information. Hours are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. to noon Saturday.

We help elderly and other physically-challenged people to continue living in their own home. Care includes meal preparation, housekeeping, bathing, companionship, personal care, and errands. Hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with 24 hour on call availability.

We provide: bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinence care, oral hygiene, meal preparation, feeding, toileting, in-home companionship, light housekeeping, laundry and linen washing, organization of incoming mail, emergency monitoring and medical reminders. Hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with 24 hour on-call availability.

We provide personal and non medical care for seniors and those with physical or mental limitations, someone needing recuperative care. We are bonded and insured. Direct Link offers at-home emergency monitoring services.

Our staff consists of health care professionals and skilled care givers. RN's, LPN's, personal care assistants and homemakers help with your medical needs, light housekeeping or emotional support in your own home. Hours are from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Sunday.

Supporting our Hospice Clients, and their families, are a priority. From companionship, to bathing, light housework to full personal care. Hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with 24 hour on-call availability.

We offer around the clock services that include: companionship, personal care, housekeeping, skilled nursing, speech therapy and rehabilitation therapy.

Our caregivers provide non-medical companionship and assistance services wherever you call home. All caregivers are carefully screened, tested, trained, insured and bonded.

Specialized home healthcare service provided through South Haven Community Hospital. While traditional home health care must be ordered by a physician and is generally limited to clinical services, Private Duty Service allows for a much wider range of services. A customized plan of services is arranged directly with clients based on their needs. This service is not covered by insurance or Medicare, and is paid for directly by clients.
