Established in 1978, The Elizabeth Hospice has cared for more than 70,000 patients and families at the most critical time of their lives. We are a not-for-profit community agency located in San Diego County.

It is our mission to enhance the quality of life for those nearing the end of life’s journey and for those who grieve.

Since opening our doors, services have been provided to anyone in need regardless of ethnicity, gender, age, religion, disease, insurance status, or ability to pay.
